She is passionate about neuroscience, self-leadership applied to personal power and the most powerful connection that exists between human beings: communication through empathy, active listening and the transmission of values.
With a degree in veterinary medicine, she has a traffic accident with the terrible diagnosis of spinal cord injury that makes her hang up her white coat. Looking at the world from a wheelchair and her eagerness to understand the nervous system, she is studying higher education in Accessibility for Smart City, Neuro Linguistic Programming and an MBA.
In 2018 she started to be part of the organizing team of TEDx Malaga being responsible for equipment, logistics, accessibility and audience.
She has undertaken, together with Artem Berman and within the accelerator program EspacIA of Fundación ONCE, the company Disavis to advise on accessibility and communication to all people attending events. She is currently a Communication and Leadership coach at the ONCE Foundation and advises managers, teams and companies on their way to leadership.
